3. Why BT executive coaching?
We have to transform the individual to transform the work place. Even one person reaching his potential will have a ripple effect on the organisation.
Coaching can be for skill development, performance, development or for any agenda of concern to the executive (s).
Using assessments and powerful questions, I will help you look at yourself, such that your self-awareness is heightened. By applying a coaching approach in your relations with others, I support you to reach your potential. When that happens, the level of engagement goes up, there is greater collaboration, creativity and connection, individual and team performance improves, leading to organizational transformation and better bottom line results.
In an organisation, people may not always be comfortable speaking about their issues and challenges for fear of being judged, for fear of it reflecting badly on them. When the coach is from outside the organisation, they can reflect and discuss frankly, as they can do so in total confidentiality. As the coach, I will work with the executive(s) in the context of your company's goals, but will be driven by the client's needs. Ultimately, when the client benefits and grows, it benefits your organisation.
