A management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and a certified Coach, Revathi comes to coaching, having worked with manufacturing and service organizations. Her work experience encompasses both commercial land not for profit organizations. She started her career with the finance function of Procter and Gamble India Ltd. Soon realizing that she wanted to integrate her domain knowledge with the service industry, she moved to Investment Banking, where she worked with blue chip companies on business origination, deal structuring and capital market transactions. She was a team leader, managing many assignments simultaneously. After a decade, she moved to the non-profit sector, working with an international public service organization on fund raising, enrolling individuals for yoga programs and conducting talks for corporates. She realized that what made her happiest was when she was interacting with people and leading them to tools to live happier and more productive lives.
To achieve this in a structured and professional manner, she went onto do an ICF approved coaching certification program and is a Certified Executive Coach and Master Spirit Life Coach with Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada.
Individual and Group Executive Coaching, Leadership interventions and personal life coaching are the areas of focus. From her own work experience, she has a keen understanding of business and can help people with whatever challenges, quickly grasping the context that they have to apply various skills in.
Her approach involves using core coaching principles and facilitation techniques and tailoring it to teach client. To bring more objectivity and clarity, she also uses internationally recognized and approved psychometric assessments in her work.
Beyond the executive and leadership space, Revathi is ready to work with anyone who is keen to maximize their inner spirit potential and lead a happier and more fulfilled life, using techniques that are a blend of the West and the East.
She is passionate about travelling, painting, yoga and spirituality, and connecting with people. When not busy with her work, she can be seen curled up with a book or working on a painting. She lives in Mumbai with her husband, daughter and a Shih Tzu named Lily.
